David Paz is a writer based in Los Angeles, CA.

David is a Cuban Panamanian American from Miami, FL. His fiction and screenplays often feature Latinos navigating (or dreaming of) life in America.

David received his BFA in theater from NYU Tisch, with a minor in creative writing. He is the founder and director of Courier Cumbia, a Latine screenwriting organization.

David is currently at work on a crime novel set in East LA.
